Summer Delivery | We will need to call the recipient to schedule delivery when temperatures are above 80 degrees. We will call or text the recipient to confirm a two-hour delivery window. If we do not hear from the recipient, delivery may be delayed or re-scheduled. Deliveries may be left inside a cool space (mudroom or garage) or at a neighbor's home and in that instance we will call to notify the recipient.
General | We use a local courier service for our deliveries. Our policy is to deliver an arrangement on the date you request (weather permitting) unless you specifically ask us to call first. If the recipient isn’t home at the attempted time of delivery, our driver will decide if it’s safe to leave the arrangement (usually on a front porch, at a side door, or possibly with a friendly neighbor), and we will call to notify the recipient. *In cases of extreme weather we will call to schedule delivery (too hot, too cold, snowstorm, etc).
Questions | If you’re not sure if the recipient is in town, please check first or ask us to call to schedule the delivery. We usually need a two-hour window of time that the recipient will be home. If you did not ask us to call first and a delivery is left for someone who is out of town, additional fees will apply for us to pick up and re-deliver the arrangement.
Same Day Delivery | Please order before 2pm for same-day delivery. We will do our best, but same day deliveries cannot be guaranteed. If your order includes a special requirement (i.e. specific flowers, strict delivery window), please call the shop directly to make sure we can accommodate your request.
Phillips Exeter Academy | When ordering for your PEA student the school requires us to deliver directly to the mailroom. The mailroom then notifies the student that they have flowers to pick up. Please note: the mailroom is open until 3:50PM M-F and 11:50AM on Saturdays. Weekdays, we try our best to deliver the student's flowers before noon so they have a chance to reach the mailroom before it closes for the day.
U.S. + International Orders | We are part of a worldwide network of fine florists with comparable standards of design and quality. Through this network delivery is available to most major U.S. and international cities. There is typically a minimum of $85 for a fresh flower arrangement and $100 for an orchid plant. We will make sure to communicate your special requests to our partners. Please call us directly to place these orders.
