At cymbidium floral we offer you a choice between our ‘Full Service’ wedding and our ‘a La Carte’ option.
FULL SERVICE WEDDINGS
We apologize but we are not booking any full-service weddings for May - August 2019.
Our full service wedding allows for an entirely individualized experience and includes delivery and set up of your flowers by one or more of our designers.

Delivery and installation is available up to 1 hour’s drive of our storefront in Exeter, NH. For full service events beyond our delivery zone, additional fees apply. In an effort to balance work and family we do not offer full service weddings on Sundays or holidays.
After your consultation, Jessica will provide a detailed proposal via email, for your consideration. A non-refundable 25% deposit and signed contract are required to book the date.
A LA CARTE WEDDINGS
Our a la carte option allows us to offer our signature style to those planning events on a smaller scale. Perfect for the couple needing just a bridal bouquet & boutonnière or a few pieces to compliment their intimate celebration. A la carte selections are available for pick up at our shop in Exeter, NH. Delivery via courier service is available for an additional cost. On site set up is not available when choosing the a la carte option.
When considering our a la carte option keep in mind that you will need to designate a friend, family member or wedding coordinator to help. Tasks may include: pick up and delivery of your flowers; placing flower arrangements and centerpieces; hanging pew/aisle flowers; installing arbor décor, etc. Please note that the venue’s manager or coordinator is not necessarily responsible for these tasks.

All of your flowers will be packed safely for travel based on your scheduled time frame. We do not offer pick up or courier delivery on Sundays or holidays. Sunday and holiday event pick ups would be coordinated for the Saturday before the event and flowers would need to be stored in a cool location overnight.

“We’re not really sure what types of flowers we want…”
You’ll often hear us use the phrase “premium flowers.” Flowers like: peonies, garden roses, ranunculus, dahlias and orchids all fall into this category. Bouquets and centerpieces using premium blooms leave a lasting impression and are our preferred choices in our lush designs.
We shy away from using more common blooms like carnations, mums, baby’s breath, oriental lilies, gerbera daisies or anything dyed or painted.
“Do you rent the elements we need for our wedding?”
We have limited items available for rent for your wedding day. Our rentals include ceremony elements such as, pedestals, urns and chiffon fabric for draping, as well as, elevated centerpiece vases for your reception. We do not have an arbor or Chuppah available for rent. With the exception of our elevated centerpieces, vases/containers holding your flowers are yours to keep and are included in your estimate.

If we determine that we’re a good fit for each other we will schedule a complimentary consultation at our shop with owner, Jessica. You will be able to see flowers in person, look through our portfolios and discuss design ideas in depth.
